About CMW Designs Owner,
Christi Wier
Christi is a licensed Architect in the state of Texas with her MBA/MArch Degree from Texas Tech University. She has experience working in K-12, Higher Education, Community and Residential sectors. She is a 2015 Revit Certified Professional, NCARB Certified, and a member of AIA, WiA, and TXA. She is currently serving on the AIA Board of Directors as Communications Director and on the Women in Architecture West Texas Chapter Board as Vice Chair of Education and Outreach.
Our Process
CMW Designs take a completely custom approach to design. Every project has its’ unique set of conditions, just like the clients that bring them to us.
Schematic
Design
Where it all begins. We take all your ideas and begin to put them into 2D and 3D drawings so you can see your project take form.
Design Development
This is where your project takes on more realistic qualities. We’ve made most of the big changes and are getting down to the details.
Construction Documents
This stage is producing the final 3D images and 2D drawings for a contractor to make your dream a physical reality.
The Finishing
Touches
As your project is becoming a reality, our job doesn’t end. We will be available for on site questions and concerns as construction progresses. At the end, we are happy to do final walk throughs to generate punch lists and make sure everything is just as you envisioned.
